Shipping Information

Items will be shipped in 1-5 business days with priority two day shipping. All shipping rates are calculated based on weight and will be displayed at final checkout. 

We cannot be responsible or refund items that are lost or damaged within transit.

International customers are able to place orders through my Etsy shop at this time.

Return Policy

Grandiflora Textiles is a small line of accessories and fabrics, all production is done personally by myself. If you wish to make a return:

• please email me stating so and return within 14 days of purchase.
• only until the item is received undamaged or unused will there be a full refund reissued.
• the customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs if a return is made.
• Items can also be exchanged for another or for store credit. 

Every item is hand inspected and eyed over twice before it is shipped to insure that there are no defects. Since variations can occur due to the hand printing process and hand sewing, If you find a damage on your recent purchase, or have questions please email me at:
